DECISION
1This grievance concerns a job competition. Having heard the parties’ submissions, I hereby make the following procedural orders:
(a) The Employer is to produce copies of all applications, and the appraisals of those applications by Conservation Officers for job competition ID 151894. The Employer may redact the names and personal identifying information from these materials, provided that it provides unique identifiers in place of such names to allow the union to be able to cross reference individual applications and appraisals of those applications against other materials.
(b) The Employer is to produce copies of Justin Punchard and Robert Ciraco’s applications and appraisals of their applications for job competition ID 121694;
(c) The Employer is to produce copies of Derek Hebner’s application and appraisal of his application for job competition ID 110034;
(d) The Employer is to produce copies of Justin Punchard’s application and appraisal of his application for job competition ID 136809
(e) The Employer is to provide the above noted documents within 60 days of this Order.
2The above documents are not to be used by the Union or Grievors for any purpose other than for the present grievances regarding job competition ID 151894. At the conclusion of this matter, the Grievors are to delete or destroy any copies of the above-noted materials in their possession.
