INTERIM DECISION

1In a Decision dated January 20, 2021 I determined that GSB# 2019-2628 (Dismissal Grievance) and GSB# 2019-0220 (Harassment and Discrimination) will be heard together.

2This Decision deals with the outstanding production issues between the parties.

DETERMINATION:

3Having heard and considered the submissions of the parties, I order as follows:

• The Ministry of the Solicitor General is directed to produce forthwith, all records within its possession and control, with respect to the discipline of employees other than the Grievor, in relation to the death of inmate JS.
