DECISION

1I have before me two grievances filed on behalf of Ms. K. Overdevest and a request by the Union to consolidate a third grievance that is in File No. 2020-0778. At the hearing on October 21, 2021, counsel for the Employer requested an order directing the Union to provide particulars and he explained the reasons for this request. I am satisfied that the order requested is warranted in the circumstances. Accordingly, the Union is hereby directed to file full particulars for the three grievances by no later than November 5, 2021.
