1By decision dated September 7, 2021, Kevin Douglas, the representative of the group on whose behalf this grievance was filed, was ordered to provide an explanation for his non-attendance at the hearing of this matter scheduled for September 3, 2021. Mr. Douglas was ordered to provide such explanation no later than September 25, 2021, failing which, the grievance would be dismissed.

2I am advised Mr. Douglas has failed to provide an explanation for his non-attendance. Accordingly, this grievance is hereby dismissed.
