Decision

1The first hearing date in this matter was December 9, 2019. At that time, the parties established a timetable in respect of the Union advising the Employer in respect of its position regarding the amounts the Employer asserted were owing. Those timelines for a variety of reasons were not met.

2At the hearing on September 25, 2020, the parties made representations in respect of the new dates. Having considered those representations, I order as follows:

1. In respect of amounts owing in the period from 2015 to 2019, the Union shall advise the Employer of its position on or before November 20, 2020; and
2. In respect of amounts owing in the period prior to 2015, the Union shall advise the Employer of its position on or before January 29, 2021.

3This matter will be continued on March 19, 2021 and one other date scheduled by the Registrar in consultation with the parties.
