Decision

1On May 12, 2020, I convened a conference call to address the status of this matter in light of my March 27, 2020 decision.

2During the conference call, I encouraged the parties to expeditiously pursue ongoing discussions about whether this matter may be resolved without the necessity of further litigation.

3In the event that this matter has not been resolved within 14 days of the date of this Decision, the Union is to confirm whether the grievance(s) are being withdrawn in light of the grievor’s response to the March 27, 2020 decision.

4If the grievance(s) are not withdrawn, the Board may convene a further conference call to determine the status of this matter and to hear submissions on the Employer’s outstanding request that the grievance(s) be dismissed.
