Decision

1This grievance came before me under s.22.16 of the Collective Agreement and was scheduled as a mediation that took place on February 6, 2020.

2The grievance was not settled at mediation and the parties agreed to hold a an additional mediation/arbitration date on the merits on October 1, 2020.

3At least two months before the hearing, the Union shall provide a summary of particulars and any request for production from the Employer, with a copy the GSB. The Employer shall respond to any particulars raised by the Union and provide disclosure of any requests for production within 15 days of receiving the Union’s requests.

4This matter is scheduled to continue on October 1, 2020.
