DECISION

1These matters came on for hearing on January 7, 2020. They involve allegations of breaches of the community escort agreement dated July 11, 2004.

2Having heard the submissions of the parties, the Union is hereby ordered to provide particulars of the grievances before me including what dates and shifts are at issue. Those particulars, and any relevant production of documents, are to be provided within ninety (90) days of the date of the issue of this decision.

3The Employer is to provide its responses to the claims within 90 days of the Union’s particulars and production.
