September 30, 2020

Decision

1On September 30, 2020, a mediation of this grievance was held that did not result in a settlement. Following the mediation, I communicated with the parties through email regarding dates for exchange of particulars and production of documents.

2The parties have agreed to adjourn the next hearing date of January 18, 2021. The following orders for particulars and production are to be complied with in preparation for the hearing of this matter.

3On or before December 31, 2020 the Union shall provide particulars to the Employer and shall request the Employer to produce any arguably relevant documents.

4The Employer shall produce documents requested by the Union on or before January 15, 2021 and shall advise in writing if there are objections to providing any of the documents.

5This hearing will continue on February 25, 2021. The parties are requested to contact the Registrar to choose a date to replace the adjourned hearing date of January 18, 2021.
