1At the request of Employer Counsel, the Board issued a Summons dated June 24, 2019 ordering Toronto Police Chief Mark Saunders or his designate to attend at a June 28, 2019 hearing in these matters, and to produce the records and materials described therein.
2The June 28, 2019 hearing was convened by teleconference. Employer Counsel participated in the teleconference while in attendance at the Board’s offices, and advised during the teleconference that a representative of Toronto Police Service attended at the Board in response to the Summons, and presented to the Board the documents and materials described in the Summons.
