DECISION

1Further to the decision issued on March 1, 2019, after having heard the submissions of the parties in a conference call, the union is directed to produce medical documentation with regard to the Grievor’s ability to provide a will-say statement on or before July 30, 2019. Should the union fail to meet this deadline the employer has reserved it’s right to bring a motion requesting that the Board dismiss the grievance.
