Decision
1This is a grievance which the parties agreed I should determine under Article 22.16 of the collective agreement. The parties also agreed that I should issue a bottom line decision without reasons. My decision is as follows:
With respect to the red circling issue I find in favour of the Union
With respect to the collective agreement duration issue I find in favour of the Union.
2I remain seized should the parties require clarification of my decision (given the bottom line nature of it) or if there are any difficulties in the remedy which flows from this decision.
