Decision

1The Board is seized with a number of grievances filed by Mr. Clifford Pellizzari. When the Board convened on April 29, 2019, several process issues were dealt with, and I provided oral directions. A number of hearing dates were also fixed.

2At the request of the parties I set out the two following orders made orally.

3The Board orders:

(1) That the union provide to the employer full particulars relating to each of the grievances.

(2) That the employer make full disclosure to the union relating to the discipline grievance.

The foregoing orders shall be complied with no later than 60 calendar days prior to the next scheduled hearing date of January 17, 2020.

4The Board remains seized.
