DECISION

1During a conference call held on March 1, 2019, Employer counsel requested that I direct the Union to provide additional particulars. Union counsel is working on the provision of additional particulars and the Union did not object to me providing a direction regarding particulars. Accordingly, the Union is hereby directed to provide additional particulars on the grievance filed by Mr. Mohamed to Employer counsel by no later than May 10, 2019.
