1These grievances are scheduled for an arbitration hearing starting on April 23, 2019 with a number of continuation days booked as noted in the Notice of Proceeding issued on November 30, 2018. The Parties contacted the Grievance Settlement Board on March 22, 2019 seeking an order for particulars to be provided.

2In light of the request for production and in order to prepare for the first day of hearing on April 23, 2019, the Employer is ordered to produce to the Union the materials identified by the Parties as the “Investigative Material”.
