Decision

1After hearing the submissions of the parties, I will allow the Union’s request for an adjournment sine die.

2In order to minimise the impact of any prejudice to the Employer, the Union is ordered to provide full particulars of the grievance within 90 days of today’s date.

3The parties will contact the Board after particulars are provided in order to set a hearing date for some time after the Grievor has returned from her leave of absence.

4I will remain seized in the event that there are any further issues arising from the implementation or interpretation of this decision.
