HEARING

November 26, 2019

1The Union is requesting an adjournment on the basis that the Grievor is medically unable to attend the arbitrations at this time.

2On the consent of both parties, I am granting the adjournment on the following basis:

The hearing dates of November 25 and 29, 2019 and December 6, 2019 are cancelled.
By December 19, 2019, the Grievor is to provide medical information confirming that, due to her current medical condition, she is unable to attend at the arbitrations on November 25, 29 and December 6, 2019. In the event she does not provide such medical information by that date, the grievance will be dismissed.
A new date for the hearing is set for January 8, 2020. This date Is preemptory to the Grievor.
Any claim for damages will be suspended from November 25, 2019 to January 8, 2020.
The Union shall make all reasonable efforts to provide the Grievor with a copy of this award, including but not limited to, sending her a copy by registered mail.
