INTERIM DECISION

1This is to confirm my Oral Decision in this matter which was issued on January 10, 2018.

2The subject Grievance of Marcia Williams stands adjourned on consent of the Parties pending provision by the Grievor of medical confirmation from her physician that she is fit to proceed with a hearing and/or mediated settlement discussions concerning her grievance pursuant to GSB File Number 2016-2708.

3Such medical confirmation shall be dated and effective within 45 calendar days of the date set for continuation of this matter and shall be provided to Employer Counsel through the Union no later than 30 calendar days prior to that hearing date.

4A date for continuation of these proceedings will be set by the Registrar in the normal course.
