DECISION

1In order to properly prepare for the hearing scheduled to commence in July 2018, I am making the following production order.

1. The Union is to produce all arguably relevant medical documents, including clinical notes, records, and reports from all treating practitioners between the Grievor's return to work after the 2012 WSIB injury (i.e., early 2013) to December 2016. This information is to be produced as soon as possible, but in any event, before Friday, May 11, 2018.

2. Failure to produce the medical information on or before Friday, May 11, 2018 may result in the dismissal of the grievances.

3. The medical information produced will be disclosed only to those individuals who are necessary to prepare for the instant hearing and/or to receive instructions.
