DECISION

1This is a supplementary decision to my earlier decision dated November 22, 2017. The Union seeks this further order because it says the Employer has not complied with the earlier order of November 22, 2017.

2Having heard the submissions of the parties, I hereby order the employer to produce the following documents forthwith:

a. The complete Local Investigation Report and the final reports, including any notes associated with the Local Investigation Report.

b. Mr. Marchegiano’s notes of the meetings with the grievor and the union.

c. Any and all occurrence reports or other complaint forms issued by staff against both H. Murchison and D. Murchison including but not limited to those employees named in Mr. Holmes’s letter of November 29, 2016.
