2Having heard the submissions of the parties I hereby order as follows:

1. The parties are to exchange any arguably relevant documents by January 11, 2019;

2. The parties are to exchange particulars by January 18, 2019;

3. The scope of the grievances may include systemic incidents of harassment and/or discrimination. If so, the three-year rule applies such that the evidence at the hearing will not extend back more than three years from December 1, 2017.
