DECISION

1On the agreement of the parties, I make the following case management directions:

1. GSB File Nos. 2018-0619 and 2018-0620 are hereby consolidated. The February 28, 2019 hearing date previously scheduled in GSB File No. 2018-0620 is cancelled.

2. The Employer is to respond to the Association’s production request of December 18, 2018 in relation to the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks by January 31, 2019. The Employer is to provide similar production with respect to other Ministries in which PEGO members are employed as soon as reasonably possible thereafter.

3. These matters are to be scheduled for hearing on September 17 and 24, 2019.
