Decision

1WHEREAS this arbitration relates to the termination of the employment of the grievor, Paul Paterson;

2WHEREAS it was agreed by consent of both parties that an Order with respect to the production sought from Bell Mobility by the Union would issue;

3Accordingly, the following is so ordered:

1. Bell Mobility Inc. will provide a full account of the incoming call detail records for the telephone number [xxx-xxx-xxxx] from November 2014 to July 2015. The Account Holder Name is [xxx xxx] and the Bell Mobility Account Number for this telephone number is [xxxxxxxx].

2. Bell Mobility Inc. will disclose and release the requested information to Dean Ardron of Ursel Phillips Fellows Hopkinson LLP pursuant to the attached Authorization to Release Records.
