Decision

At the hearing I made the following procedural order:

1The Employer is to produce the following documents in relation to the competition grievance under review. This production is to be without retraction of personal information:

a. All documents relating to the following candidates: the Grievor, Ms. Laton, Ms. Powell, Ms. Castellan, Mr. D’Angelo and Ms. Nankil.

b. All scoring criteria, weighting and scoring sheets.

c. The Final Performance Rating of both the Grievor and Ms. Laton in relation to this time period: 2014-2015 and 2013-2014.

These documents are to be given to the Union by January 12, 2018.

2The Union is to provide full particulars by February 2, 2018 of all the defects that they allege took place in this competition.

3This hearing will be scheduled for February 23 and 28, 2018.
