Decision

1The parties are undertaking a process to address the remedial questions resulting from my award of August 11, 2017 in this matter.

2Having regard to the submissions of the parties, I am satisfied that this process will be facilitated by the production of certain employer records to the union.

3Accordingly, I hereby direct that the employer provide the following to the union, not later than November 16, 2017:

For the period commencing August 14, 2010 and concluding March 18, 2014: An accounting in respect of the complainant GAM of all monies paid, all credits used and/or accrued, including salary, STSP, sick credits, vacation credits, and COC credits.
