Decision

1As part of the med/arb process, I order the following medical accommodation:

1. The Ministry will directly assign the Grievor to work at 47 Sheppard Ave East until the office at 786 Lawrence Ave West is opened when she will be assigned to that location. This direct assignment meets any existing medical accommodation requirements and fully resolves her grievance and complaints to date.

2. The Ministry will assign her to 47 Sheppard Ave East within one week of receiving medical clearance from her doctor which she will provide to the Ministry promptly.

3. I remain seized of the interpretation and enforcement of this order.
