Decision

1I have a grievance before me filed in 2012 by CO K. Sullivan. CO Sullivan is employed at the Central East Detention Centre. Efforts to settle her grievance thus far have been unsuccessful.

2The Union has requested an order for the production of documents. This request was not opposed by the Employer. Union counsel identified the documents the Union wanted produced in correspondence to Employer counsel. The correspondence is an email dated March 9, 2017, and a letter dated March 20, 2017, sent by email.

3I hereby direct the Employer to produce the documents in its possession identified in the email dated March 9, 2017, and the letter dated March 20, 2017, to Union counsel by no later than July 4, 2017. Any issues arising from this direction can be addressed by conference call prior to the next scheduled hearing date of July 10, 2017.
