Decision

1In a decision dated March 20, 2017, I directed the employer to forthwith produce to the Association the contents of the WDHP file related to the 10-day suspension dispute dated December 5, 2016. That order, however, was subject to certain exceptions, including the redaction of certain portions of the materials to be produced. Having regard to the further submissions of the parties, I hereby direct the employer to provide unredacted copies of the documents in question. However, I further direct the Association to restrict all access to such formerly redacted portions of the materials to counsel and to one Association representative designated as the instructing client.
