Decision

Having heard the submissions of the parties, the Board orders as follows:

1. The employer is to produce to the Association copies of the portions of any and all Professional Development Plans completed by any and all of the investigators in the Correctional Investigation and Security Unit (hereafter, CISU) in September/October 2012, omitting any details as to the assessment itself, showing who completed it and the date it was submitted as well as who approved it and the dates of approval.

2. Kenton Chance is to produce to the Association his written calendar (Daytimer) and any notebook/logbook he kept from April to October while he was the Staff Inspector in CISU.
