CONFERENCE CALL

February 16, 2017

Decision

1A conference call was held in this matter on February 16, 2017 to facilitate a report to the Board of the progress, if any, of recent mediation discussions. Both counsel for the Employer and the Union representative agreed that at this point in time it is likely that litigation will be necessary.

2The Employer asked for an order for particulars and I so order. The Union is to provide to the Employer and the Board by no later than the 21^st of April, 2017 the particulars of the grievance.

3Once those particulars have been provided there will be a further conference call. Further, a hearing day will be scheduled at a time subsequent to the conference call.
