Decision

1This decision involves two grievors. The first, Andrea Clarke, involves five grievances, GSB 2014-3361, 2014-3362, 2014-3363, 2014-3364 and 2014-3458. The second, Jeff Andrews, involves one grievance, GSB 2015-2881. Both grievors are Correctional Officers.

2The Clarke matters were unsuccessfully mediated on July 21, 2015. Dates have been set on the Clarke matters but not the Andrews matter.

3Having heard the submissions of the parties, the Board orders that all of the grievances be heard together.

4This order is made without prejudice to either party bringing any procedural objections, or motions, before the Board on any of the grievances. Any such procedural matter is expected to be dealt with on the next scheduled hearing day.
