Decision

1The dispute referred to me for hearing includes a challenge to the Complainant’s termination from employment at the Office of the Independent Police Review Director (“OIPRD”), and alleged breach of the collective agreement.

2Based on the submissions of the parties, I hereby order the following:

a) The Complainant is to be reinstated to employment effective November 14, 2014.

b) The OIPRD is to redact the Complainant’s name to reflect “CSP” in the decision York Regional Police vs. Mulville and Azaiyev, that is posted to the OIPRD website.

3I remain seized in the event that there are any issues that may arise out of the implementation of this decision.
