Decision
I order the following procedural steps to be taken:
1The Union is to provide full particulars to the Ministry of all allegations contained in the three grievances before me by March 1, 2017. The Union will be limited in the hearing to those particulars. The particulars will take into account the Minutes of Settlement dated May 29, 2015 in GSB file #2014-2581 which limits these grievances to any event occurring after May 29, 2015.
2If the Ministry has any preliminary objections, they are to advise the Union no later than April 1, 2017.
3The next scheduled hearing date is May 26, 2017.
