Decision

1The Union and the Employer signed a Memorandum of Settlement on August 2, 2012. The parties agreed that I retained the jurisdiction to interpret and enforce the settlement or assist with issues relating to implementation of the agreement.

2An issue regarding the grievor’s continuous service date [CSD] was addressed by the board on February 8, 2016 by conference call.

3The parties agreed to an order of the board.

4Accordingly, I order the Employer to adjust the Grievor’s CSD date from August 20, 2012 to March 22, 1995.
