Decision

1A teleconference call in this matter was held on August 31, 2015. The purpose of the call was to discuss matters relating to production.

2In accordance with the agreement of the parties, I hereby direct the Union to obtain and to produce to the counsel for the Ministry any and all documents which are arguably relevant to the case before me including any medical reports.

3The documents and medical reports are to be disclosed on or before November 27, 2015.

4This case shall proceed as scheduled on January 6, 2016 unless the parties agree otherwise.
