Decision

1The Grievance claimed a violation of Article 3, excessive use of Article 2 and a failure by the Employer to consistently and appropriately apply the Operations Divisional Policy and Procedural Revenue Manual for Travel and Overtime, and claimed compensation for parking and kilometres travelled on January 27 and January 28, 2015.

2The parties agreed that I should award a ‘bottom line’ decision without reasons.

3After hearing the submissions of Counsel and reviewing the documents presented, I hereby dismiss this grievance.
