Decision

1Based on the submissions of the parties I hereby declare and direct as follows:

1. The Complainant’s salary shall move to $91,650 as of July 20, 2015
2. The Complainant shall be paid $4000.00 as retroactive pay
3. The Complainant shall be paid $3500.00 as damages
4. The letter dated July 8, 2013 shall be removed from the Complainants file
5. The grievance is hereby terminated.

2In the event that the parties have any difficulty implementing this decision, I shall remain seized.
