Decision

1On the day scheduled for hearing in this matter the parties executed a document resolving this group grievance insofar as it pertains to the following grievors:

• Keith Hassell

• Hugh Hurd

• Andrea Taylor

2That settlement is, of course, binding upon the parties.

3Having regard to the submissions of the parties and having regard to the particulars filed, if any, with respect to all of the remaining grievors, I am satisfied that those particulars, such as they are, do not disclose a prima-facie case of any violation of the collective agreement.

4Accordingly this grievance, insofar as it pertains to those remaining grievors, is hereby dismissed.
