1The parties referred this grievance to mediation/arbitration in accordance with Article 22.16 of the collective agreement.

2The grievance relates to a claim by the Grievor that he is owed $125.20 for travel expenses. The Ministry has agreed to pay this amount. The Grievor has now retired from the Ontario Public Service.

2The issue is now moot.

3The grievance is dismissed.
