HEARING

April 20, 2015

Decision

In order to facilitate our next hearing date of September 9, 2015, as well as to potentially facilitate settlement discussions, I hereby order as follows:

1. The Employer is to respond to the Union’s particulars (in terms of any need for clarification and requests for documents) no later than May 11, 2015.

2. The Employer is also to provide counsel for the Union with its investigation report into the alleged incidents of harassment by May 11, 2015, subject to counsel’s undertakings in regard to the confidentiality of this report.

3. Also by May 11, 2015, the Union is to provide any additional requests it has in regard to information and/or documents from the Employer.

4. Both parties are to respond to each other’s requests by June 15, 2015.

5. If there are any outstanding issues, including any disputed need for additional time to comply, they will be addressed through a conference call.

6. The parties, prior to the next hearing date, will explore the possibility of settlement.
