HEARING
May 9, 2014
Decision
1On the initial day of hearing into this matter on September 11, 2013, the parties agreed to an oral order of production of documents and particulars on the grievances that were then before the board. The case continued on May 9, 2014 and three further grievances were consolidated on consent. The employer made a motion for particulars for all the grievances before the board, to which the union consented. The parties asked that this be made a written order of the board.
2Thus, the board orders that the union provide the employer with particulars of the facts that it intends to rely on to support the grievor’s allegations of, inter alia, harassment and discrimination on all seven grievances within 30 days of this order being issued. The particulars should include sufficient detail to indicate the “who, what, when and where” of the grievor’s allegations.
Dated at Toronto, Ontario this 23rd day of May 2014
