HEARING
May 9, 2014
Decision
1The instant proceeding came up for continuation on May 09, 2014. All of the evidence had been completed with closing submissions to be heard.
2The union sought an adjournment of the hearing and agreed to proceed on any early date proposed by the vice-chair. The employer opposed the request for adjournment.
3After considering the respective positions of the parties, their submissions and the balance of equities, I ordered that the requested adjournment is granted on the condition that the hearing will continue on Wednesday May 28, 2014. That order is hereby confirmed.
4I remain seized with the grievances.
