Decision

1The documents requested by the Union in its letter dated March 16, 2014 are to be produced by the Crown not later than May 21, 2014. These produced documents are to be kept confidential as among the parties and the grievor, and no copies are to be made of any of these documents except for the purpose of this proceeding.

2The Union will provide particulars not later than July 7, 2014.

3This direction will remain in place until the next hearing date on August 21, 2014, at which time I will, on the request of either party, hear submissions on any proposed confidentiality restrictions and terms that should be imposed.
