DECISION
1The union is hereby directed to provide the employer, not later than May 16, 2014, full particulars of all of its claims in these matters, including the grounds relied upon to support those claims.
2The employer has indicated that, upon receipt of these particulars, it will provide the union with further information pertinent to the claims.
3Subsequent to that the union, should it so choose, may supplement and clarify its initial particulars.
4Any issues regarding the above exchange of information may be dealt with in the usual fashion, including, should the parties so choose, via telephone conference.
5The parties have also agreed that these two matters are to be heard separately. Accordingly Board File 2011-3652 is now scheduled for hearing on September 11, 2014 and November 17, 2014. Board File 2012-0941 will be heard on October 29, 2014. The Board will issue Notices of Proceedings accordingly.
