Decision

1The parties have made written submissions regarding the appropriate amounts owing, if any, to the grievors following my earlier decision in this matter. After considering those submissions, I conclude that the position advanced by the Employer is the one more consistent with the law, generally, and the earlier decisions of this Board specifically.

2Accordingly, I adopt, and award, the position of the Employer.
