Decision
1The Parties appeared before me on October 29, 2013 in respect of the above-noted grievance and have agreed that it is beneficial to have an expedited ruling from the Board without reasons.
2The Grievor, an employee of the Windsor Central Ambulance Communications Centre, alleged that she was not properly scheduled for shifts for a period amounting to 160 hours.
3Having heard submissions of the parties I hereby order that the Grievor be compensated for a total of 160 hours, which amount represents the alleged lost time until October 29, 2013, after which date the Grievor will be scheduled for shifts pursuant to standard procedures.
Dated at Toronto, Ontario this 1st day of November 2013.
