Decision

1In a group grievance dated October 20, 2011, the employees allege that management has improperly exercised it rights with respect to parking. The parties agreed that this grievance will be addressed pursuant to article 22.16 of the Collective Agreement.

2Having reviewed the facts in light of the terms of the Collective Agreement, I am satisfied that there has not been a violation of the Collective Agreement. Accordingly, the grievance about parking dated October 20, 2011, is hereby dismissed.
