Decision

1Upon hearing the submissions of Counsel, I order that the Employer produce to Union Counsel no later than thirty days prior to the next hearing date all documents in the Employer’s possession that are arguably relevant to Job Competition CTM43666-12.

2The Union is directed to maintain the confidentiality of such documents which are to be used only for the purposes of the hearing in this matter.

3It is understood that Union Counsel will provide copies of such documents to the grievor. The grievor is not to distribute such documents and will return same to Union Counsel upon conclusion of these proceedings.

4I retain jurisdiction in this matter.
