Decision

1I have before me a grievance filed by Ms. S. Moutoulas in which she challenges the termination of her employment. The parties agreed that the Grievance Settlement Board has jurisdiction to deal with this grievance.

2Having heard the positions of the parties from counsel on the merits of the grievance, I hereby direct the Employer to reinstate Ms. Moutoulas to employment with the Ministry, effective May 9, 2013. I leave it to the parties to address any outstanding issues.

3I remain seized of the grievance.
