1Having regard to the submissions of counsel, I hereby order and direct that the employer produce to union counsel on or before May 30, 2013, all documents (physical or electronic) in its possession, custody or power received or created at any time by its Executive Committee or Board of Directors that are related or relevant to the planning or implementation of the organizational and technological changes of which the union received notice during the year 2012.
